Dana 20 with a twin stick

I have a dana 20 with a twin stick. The left hand stick pops out of low constantly. Everything else works fine. I can hold it and it will stay, but as soon as I let go it pops backwards, disengaging the rear wheels.
What do I need to do to fix this?

There are poppet springs that put pressure on the poppet balls that fit into the shift rails. Usually the problem is the spring has broken or no longer has enough pressure.
