This shifter fits the Jeep CJ transfer case that has the stock shifter mounted about 7” in front of the transfer case, and a straight shift pattern, typicly a 4-speed application. Does not fit J series, Wagoneer, Cherokee, Commando / Jeepster. Allows independent operation of front and rear drive.
