Refund policy

RETURNS: If you find that the product will not work for you and it has not been installed, you must first must first call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to sending products back.

RESTOCKING FEE: Returned items are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 15% of the purchase price. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

SHIPPING SHORTAGES / CLAIMS: Any shortages within your shipment must be reported to Parts Mike within 7 days of receipt. Please keep the box that your package with shipped in. We might ask you to email us pictures of the box so we can submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
