Dana 60 spindle nut kit. This kit comes with one inner spindle nut (with pin), multi holed lock washer, and outer spindle nut. See images for the exploded view, and #69, 70, and 71 circle.
If you look closely and the picture of the multi holed lock washer, you'll notice that the locating tab for the spindle is offset from the holes. This means that the washer can be flipped over when the inner spindle nut is adjusted properly, but the multi holed lock washer won't line up with the pin ;)
